Booking a Live Wagyu Station for Events in Cavite and CALABARZON

Last updated: 29 August 2026.

The short answer. The Wagyu Club is a live wagyu station bookable for birthdays, weddings, corporate events and private parties across Cavite and CALABARZON, run from Silang by the Daily Steak PH team. Japanese-style wagyu cubes are skewered and grilled in front of your guests. Send the date, venue, guest count and serving window on Messenger for a quote.

Most event food arrives on a tray. It was cooked somewhere else, an hour or two ago, and it has been sitting under foil since. Everyone has eaten that beef.

The Wagyu Club is our answer to that. It is our street cart, the second business run by the Daily Steak PH team, and it travels as a live wagyu station: the cubes are skewered and grilled in front of your guests, finished with our homemade wagyu sauce, and handed over hot.

The two halves of what we do

Worth being clear, because people find us both ways.

The shop sells frozen cuts for your own pan, delivered cold across CALABARZON and Metro Manila. That is the steak range.

The cart grills for you. Japanese-style wagyu cube skewers and rice bowls, from our base in Silang, Cavite, either parked somewhere you can visit or booked as a live station at your event.

Same cubes, two entirely different products. If you want to cook it yourself, order the packs. If you want your guests fed without you touching a pan, book the cart.

Why a live station works differently from catering

The food is hot when it reaches the person eating it. Wagyu cubes are small and they cook in about two minutes. Cooked to order and handed over immediately, they are at their best. Cooked an hour ahead and held warm, they are not. This is not true of every dish, but it is emphatically true of this one.

It is the entertainment as well as the food. A grill working in front of guests draws people to it. It gives the room a focal point and a reason to move, which is genuinely useful at an event where people default to sitting at their assigned table all night.

Portions self-regulate. People take a skewer, wander off, come back later. You do not get the buffet problem where the first thirty guests take everything.

The smell does a lot of work. Wagyu on a grill is an announcement.

The numbers that decide your package

Useful context before you enquire, because it explains why guest count alone is not enough.

A kilo of Saikoro cubes is 70 to 95 pieces depending on the producer. Each cube takes roughly two minutes on the grill, cooked in batches. At a standing event where the station sits alongside other food, most guests take three to five cubes across the night rather than a full portion.

That means throughput, not headcount, is the real constraint. One grill produces at a steady rate. A hundred guests across three hours is comfortable. A hundred guests inside forty minutes is a different job and needs a different plan.

When a live station is the wrong choice

We would rather talk you out of it than have it go badly.

Very large guest counts with a fixed serving window. If 200 people need to eat within 30 minutes, a live station is not the right format. For big numbers with a hard schedule, a station works best as a supplement to a main catered service rather than as the main service.

Venues with no outdoor or ventilated space. We are grilling. That needs an appropriate spot, and some function rooms simply do not have one. Check with your venue before you book us.

Events where nobody will be standing. A seated formal dinner does not suit a station format. It suits a plated service.

Tiny gatherings. For six people at home, honestly, buy a kilo of Saikoro cubes at ₱1,299 to ₱1,499 and cook them yourself. How to cook Saikoro Wagyu cubes makes it straightforward, and it will cost a fraction of a booking.

What to tell us when you enquire

Send these on Messenger and we can quote quickly rather than going back and forth:

  • The date, and whether it is fixed or flexible
  • The venue and full address, so we can work out travel and whether the space suits a grill
  • Guest count, and roughly how many you expect to actually eat from the station
  • The serving window, meaning what time you want us cooking and for how long
  • Whether we are the main food or an addition to a caterer, which changes the volume completely
  • Power and space available, and whether there is a covered outdoor area

Guest count and serving window are the two that determine the package, for the throughput reasons above.

Where we travel

Cavite and CALABARZON as standard, from our base in Silang. That covers Tagaytay, Amadeo, Dasmariñas, Imus, Bacoor, General Trias, Carmona and the rest of the province, plus Laguna and northern Batangas.

Metro Manila and further afield we will consider, and travel becomes a bigger part of the quote. Ask and we will give you a straight answer about whether it makes sense.

Booking ahead

Weekends in December, and the wedding season generally, book out. If your date is fixed and it falls in a busy period, talk to us early. We run one cart, so a date is either available or it is not.

The other way to find us

If you just want to eat, the cart parks in Silang, Cavite and serves skewers and wagyu rice bowls to walk-up customers. Message us to check where it is before you head over, because it moves. Where to buy wagyu cubes in Cavite covers both the cart and the frozen packs.

Message us with your event details and we will quote the package. Live wagyu station, grilled in front of your guests, across Cavite and CALABARZON.
