These terms govern your use of dailysteak.shop and any order you place with Daily Steak PH. By browsing the site or sending us an order, you agree to them.
Daily Steak PH is a steak retailer based in Silang, Cavite, Philippines, selling premium cuts online for delivery across CALABARZON and Metro Manila, and for pick-up in Silang.
We sell raw, perishable beef: chilled and frozen, portioned and vacuum sealed. Pack weights are approximate and may vary slightly from the stated figure, which is normal for portioned meat. Product photographs are indicative; marbling and appearance vary naturally between cuts.
Grade names such as Meltique and Saikoro describe the product type rather than a certified grade. We label each pack with its grade, cut and actual weight so you know exactly what you are buying.
You build a basket on the site, complete your details on the order page, then send the generated summary to us on Messenger.
Sending a summary is a request, not a completed sale. An order exists only once we confirm it with you on Messenger, including availability, the final total and your delivery fee. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if stock has run out or we cannot reach your area.
There is no minimum order. You are welcome to buy a single pack.
Prices are in Philippine pesos and include the cut as described. They can change without notice, and the price we confirm with you on Messenger is the one that applies to your order.
Delivery is charged separately and is shouldered by the customer.
We accept GCash and BPI transfer. Cash is accepted for pick-up orders only. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Payment is due after we confirm your order and before we dispatch it. We will send payment details on Messenger once your order is confirmed.
We deliver cold via Lalamove or Grab. The courier fee depends on your distance and is confirmed with your order.
Please order at least a day ahead so we can prepare your cuts and book the coldest route. For nearby areas such as Silang, Tagaytay and central Cavite, same-day delivery is often possible if you order early.
Someone must be available to receive the order at the address and time agreed. Because the goods are perishable, we cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by a failed delivery attempt, an incorrect address, or a long delay in accepting the delivery.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, or on collection for pick-up orders.
Tell us on Messenger as early as possible. We can usually cancel or amend an order before we have prepared and dispatched it. Once your cuts are packed and handed to a courier, we cannot cancel.
Because our cuts are perishable chilled and frozen goods, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up.
If anything arrives wrong, damaged or below standard, message us on Messenger straight away, ideally with a photo, and we will make it right. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
Our cuts arrive frozen or well chilled and must go straight into your freezer or fridge. Thaw overnight in the fridge, never on the counter, and cook thoroughly.
Once an order has been delivered or collected, safe storage, thawing, handling and cooking are your responsibility. We are not liable for illness or spoilage arising from improper handling after delivery.
The text, photography, branding and layout on this site belong to Daily Steak PH and may not be copied or reused commercially without our permission.
We work to keep product, pricing and delivery information accurate, but the site is provided as is and may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
We may update these terms as the business changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
